Radwell-International is seeking a strategic Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP across global operations. You will connect customer demand signals to inventory and drive planning excellence with cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong analytical capability, forecasting expertise, and experience with planning systems. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making and process improvement within Radwell's enterprise planning functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain function.
• Experience supporting multi-site and international supply chains preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting or planning tools is a plus.
• CPIM/CSCP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market data.
• Translate forecasts into actionable supply plans and manage replenishment.
• Support monthly S&OP with analysis, reviews, and recommendations.
• Develop planning dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and inventory management to optimize outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory performance.
