Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Director, Contracts & Legal to oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to issue management and expiration. You will mitigate risks in commercial agreements to maximize profitability while guiding Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, in a global, cross-functional team.

This remote leadership role requires a JD or LLB and at least ten years of experience in U.S. contract law, FAR/DFARS, EAR, ITAR, and government compliance.

Formación

• At least ten years of experience in commercial contract law and U.S. government contracting.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CAS, and compliance systems.
• Strong negotiation, risk analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial and U.S Government agreements, NDAs, and other related legal agreements.
• Provide contractual guidance to business segments and manufacturing sites with input from functional departments.
• Work with customer account teams and legal counsel to interpret advice and translate to business practice.
• Balance customer responsiveness with protection of Celestica’s interests.
• Integrate Celestica's Contracts Management best practices across Celestica worldwide.
• Contribute to Corporate Contracts policy.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations including FAR, DFARS, EAR, ITAR.
• Evaluate and prioritize divergent interests of Celestica and the customer.
• Make key decisions balancing customer needs with risk and profitability.
• Communicate clearly and work remotely in a cross-functional team.
