Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage General Liability Construction claims from a fully remote position in the United States. You will analyze exposures, evaluate files, and coordinate with clients to deliver effective resolutions while upholding firm policies and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related claims experience, proper licensing in applicable states, and strong computer/claims software skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Construction claims.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy.
