Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Global Compliance & Licensing Counsel to architect our global integrity program and licensing strategy. You’ll shape a scalable compliance framework, lead the whistleblower program, and negotiate software licensing while safeguarding IP.

You’ll ensure compliance with FCPA, OFAC, export controls, and open‑source obligations across a global tech footprint, partnering with legal, security, engineering, and business teams to embed ethics and risk guardrails at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tech/compliance with program-building experience
• Experience reviewing software licensing and developer agreements
• Expert knowledge of FCPA, OFAC, and IP law
• Strong investigative skills and handling whistleblower disclosures
• Vendor risk management experience with screening tools
• Collaborative cross-functional leadership across HR, finance, engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global compliance framework, code of conduct, and risk assessments
• Lead multilingual whistleblower program and investigations with executive visibility
• Develop ABAC policies and sanctions screening aligned with OFAC requirements
• Classify software products for ECCN and manage export licenses and end-user certifications
• Create standardized vendor questionnaires and audit key vendors for IP and anti-corruption compliance
• Review and negotiate licensing agreements, OSS compliance, and IP policy adherence
