Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Global Compliance & Licensing Counsel to architect and scale our corporate integrity program. You will design our global compliance framework, manage the whistleblower program, and lead licensing negotiations to protect IP and partnerships.

This role focuses on FCPA/OFAC, export controls, OSS compliance, and vendor risk management across a remote US footprint. You will collaborate with legal, product, engineering, and business teams to embed governance into our

Qualifications

• JD with active US bar membership
• 3+ years of compliance experience in tech or software
• Experience building compliance programs and governance
• Experience reviewing software licensing agreements and OSS compliance
• Experience managing internal investigations and whistleblower disclosures
• Familiarity with export controls and trade compliance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and build a Global Compliance Framework and related policies
• Lead the whistleblower program and case investigations
• Operationalize ABAC policies aligned with FCPA/UK Bribery Act
• Manage export controls, ECCN classifications and licenses
• Negotiate and review licensing agreements including OSS compliance
• Audit vendors for IP protection and anti-corruption
