Job summary

Pluralsight, LLC seeks a Global Compliance & Licensing Counsel to architect our integrity program and licensing strategy. Build a world-class compliance function, manage whistleblower processes, and negotiate software licensing contracts protecting IP while supporting global growth.

You will lead ABAC implementation, export controls, and vendor risk programs, collaborating across HR, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership to mitigate regulatory and reputational risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of compliance experience in tech/software
• Experience negotiating software licensing & author/developer agreements
• Knowledge of FCPA, OFAC, and IP law in software distribution
• Experience managing internal investigations and whistleblower disclosures
• Familiarity with vendor risk management tools and due diligence workflows
• Ability to collaborate with HR, finance, engineering, and leadership to embed guardrails

Responsibilities

• Design and build a Global Compliance Framework and Code of Conduct; conduct risk assessments for new markets
• Lead and manage a secure, multilingual whistleblower hotline; oversee investigations and reporting
• Develop ABAC policies aligned with FCPA/UK Bribery Act; implement sanctions screening
• Classify software products with export controls; manage licenses and end-user certifications
• Create vendor compliance questionnaires and audit key vendors for IP & anti-corruption
• Review and negotiate OSS compliance and software licensing agreements
