• 8+ years of experience with compensation methodology and analysis.
• Experience with creating reports and extracting and analyzing data from an HRIS system.
• Ability to work independently and with teams, communicating clearly with all levels.
• Sense of urgency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess internal/external compensation data to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Design, implement, and monitor base pay, incentives and total rewards.
• Conduct job analysis and evaluate positions for appropriate salary bands.
