Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead complex negotiations effectively
• Knowledge of supplier development, strategic sourcing and commodity management
• Experience with EMS industry or electronics distribution sourcing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategy for electronics distribution within Celestica's global SCM framework
• Lead price/value determination, supplier negotiations and contract terms
• Implement Supply Chain Flexibility programs and risk mitigation with suppliers
• Manage quarterly global electronics distribution negotiations and forecasting
• Coordinate with sites to address shortages and critical commodity strategies
• Drive supplier performance management and supplier awards programs
• Engage in Corporate Commodity Council meetings and cross‑functional projects
