Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business preferred.
• 7+ years of related EMS industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier development, strategic sourcing and commodity management.
• Commodity management experience in Semiconductors, Interconnect, Electromechanical & Passive components and/or distribution sourcing.
• Knowledge of customer contracts and contractual obligations relevant to supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sourcing strategy for distributors and associated commodities.
• Lead the Distribution Council Corporate negotiation process and pricing analyses.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct strategic pricing, market analysis and negotiation of long-term agreements.
• Lead quarterly Global Electronics Distribution negotiations and forecast pricing compliance.
• Support supplier quality audits and supplier performance programs.
• Drive global strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
