You will shape budgets, forecast performance, and challenge leadership with transparent analysis, while building strong relationships with Function Heads and senior leaders to align priorities with enterprise

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or MBA with relevant credentials.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior partnering roles.
• Strong life-sciences business understanding (R&D, Ops, Commercial).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with credibility.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, cross‑matrix teams.
