Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Finance Business Partnering to provide strategic finance partnering to Global Commercial. The role focuses on embedding financial insight into function-level strategy and execution within a cross-matrixed organization.

You will shape outcomes, translate strategy into financially sound decisions, and strengthen financial thinking across the function while partnering with senior leaders to align with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or MBA.
• Typically, 12+ years’ progressive finance experience, including senior business partnering roles.
• Strong life‑sciences business understanding (e.g. R&D, Tech Ops, Commercial, or regulated environments).

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Finance adviser to Oncology Function Heads and senior leadership teams.
• Embed Finance into function‑level strategic and operational decision‑making through insight, challenge, and recommendation.
• Provide forward‑looking insight to support improved outcomes and corrective action.
• Drive cost discipline, productivity, and value optimization within the function.
• Lead financial evaluation of significant function‑level initiatives and investments.
• Ensure recommendations are supported by robust analysis and transparent assumptions.
