Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a senior finance leader to establish a sustainable Planning Excellence capability within FP&A Operations. You will lead governance for budgeting, forecasting cadence and actuals alignment across OPEX and CAPEX, and develop future leaders to sustain the function long-term.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A Operations and drives continuous improvement across Global Finance while partnering with Oracle EPM and SAP platforms. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification and extensive FP&A experience.
• Experience building or maturing planning capabilities or centers of excellence.
• Experience leading FP&A governance, forecasting, and finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and driver-based planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature Planning Excellence within FP&A Operations.
• Own enterprise-wide In-Year Budget Management and Rolling Forecast governance.
• Drive forecasting methodologies, standards and forecast quality.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Support Oracle EPM adoption and process optimization.
