Ladders is seeking a Global Lead Project Manager (FSP) for a remote US-based role to lead complex clinical trial delivery across multiple therapeutic areas. You will coordinate with sponsors and internal teams, drive timelines, budgets, and quality, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful study execution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, disciplined communication, risk management, and escalation handling in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in clinical trials.
• 5+ years as a Global Lead Project Manager with vendor management experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Lead Project Manager (FSP), US (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead complex clinical trial project delivery across multiple therapeutic areas while serving as a key point of coordination between the project sponsor and internal teams. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined communication, and a focus on managing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations in a global environment. You will also help drive issue resolution, escalation management, and vendor coordination to support successful study execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities
