Job summary

Parexel is actively seeking Project Leaders (PM) and Senior Project Leaders (SPM) to drive global clinical studies across a range of therapeutic areas including Immunology, Infectious Disease, Respiratory, Neurology, Oncology/Hematology and GLP-1/Obesity. You will provide leadership to project teams and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO, Biotech or Pharma company.
• Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
