Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Capital Planning & Analysis to lead a team of financial analysts in building robust capital investment models and business cases across the global data center portfolio. The role reports to senior finance leadership and supports an aggressive expansion strategy.

You will drive investment KPI alignment, oversight of site business case scenarios, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Modeling.
• 5+ years in management.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Analysts for financial modeling and business case development.
• Develop site business case modeling and investment KPI alignment.
• Create Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
• Support external investor and banking analyses.
• Collaborate with Global Portfolio Management and cross-functional teams.
