Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Director of Capital Planning & Analysis to lead a team of financial analysts in modeling, business-case development, and performance measurement for capital investments. The role collaborates with the Global VP Financial & Capital Planning, CFO and investment teams to support expansion plans.

The position requires extensive IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel/VBA, and leadership of cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

10+ years in financial modeling and analytics.
5+ years in management/leadership roles.
Experience evaluating real estate, infrastructure, or corporate finance investments.
Ability to translate complex financial terms for non-financial audiences.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Establish global business-case modeling processes with standardized templates.
Align investment KPIs with Investment Team and parent entity.
Develop new site business-case modeling scenarios for capital approvals.
Monitor and report on site business cases against actuals.
Build Power BI dashboards for management reporting and analytics.
Support JV activities with robust business-case analysis.
Collaborate with Global Portfolio Management on asset improvements and investor/bank support.
Create and maintain business-case policy and process docs.
Review practices against industry standards; drive AI-enabled process improvements.
Lead and develop staff in business-case modeling.
Coordinate with Regional/Global FP&A for inputs.
Support project sponsors to secure internal approvals with various committees.
