• Portfolio demonstrating big ideas turned into stories across channels.
• Experience developing big ideas, integrated campaigns and brand voice strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative, curious and detail-oriented.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive concept development and campaign narratives for long-lead initiatives.
• Lead Brand Voice excellence and cross-functional alignment across global storytelling initiatives.
• Establish shared principles for The North Face voice across regions and adapt copy for local contexts.
• Collaborate with partners in APAC, EMEA, NORA to ensure brand voice connectivity.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI prompts to strengthen brand standards.
• Ensure Brand Voice is clear and consistent across channels and touchpoints.
• Shape product storytelling from the ground up with emotive copy of key benefits.
• Develop brand voice guidelines for consistency across platforms.
