Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a driven Global Account Manager to lead sales execution across strategic accounts in the CPaaS and API ecosystem. This fully remote role supports customers nationwide, focusing on adoption of Aduna's network API offerings and end-to-end deal management from prospecting to closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or telecom.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with API-based solutions and platform business models (CPaaS, aggregators).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive sales with a structured approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical sales plans to drive API traffic, revenue growth, and account expansion.
• Manage end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts: lead gen, qualification, proposals, negotiation, closure.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions.
• Identify and engage new prospects; open opportunities using market insights.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing for smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
• Track pipeline and sales activities using CRM and reporting formats.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to improve tactics.
