Job summary

Google Fiber is seeking a Global AP Operations & Process Manager to lead centralized AP processes, optimize payments, and own the SAP & CoupaP2P ecosystem. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Accounting, and business units to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

You will drive AI-driven enhancements such as automated invoice ingestion, smart matching, and fraud detection while managing offshore vendor relationships and global operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable management, or Financial Operations.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing, configuring and implementing SAP.
• 5+ years of experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) operations and offshore vendor relationships to ensure efficient, accurate processing and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AP centralization and governance across diverse business lines.
• Oversee global AP and payment operations with metrics for accuracy and cycle time.
• Drive system ownership and defects resolution for SAP & CoupaP2P ecosystem and AI-enabled processes.
• Partner with IT, Engineering and vendors to troubleshoot and optimize financial workflows.
• Establish continuous process improvements and monitor advanced KPIs to scale operations.
