Job summary

You will proactively source affiliates and influencers, build strong partner relationships, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance to drive growth and activation across channels.

The role requires 3+ years in internet product growth or channel development, with preference for blockchain/finance experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in internet product growth or channel development.
• Blockchain/finance growth experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Korean required; familiarity with Korean market a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and onboard affiliates and partners to expand user acquisition channels.
• Maintain relationships with partners and optimize engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance to execute growth initiatives.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commissions, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent Binance at industry events and expand partner network.
