Job summary

University Support Services, LLC seeks an Admissions Interviewer to conduct interviews of prospective medical students and prepare summaries to support holistic evaluation. The role sits within Enrollment Services and Student Operations and reports to the Director, Interview Program.

It requires professionalism, cultural awareness, and strong writing skills, with interviews conducted primarily remotely and occasional in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent and healthcare education experience required.
• Experience in healthcare or health professions education required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for, conduct, and summarize admission interviews across world regions.
• Assess applicants using Interview Program guidelines in liaison with the Interview Task Force and committees.
• Demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness, active listening, and thoughtful written communication during interviews and summaries.
• Attend bi-weekly or monthly professional development sessions as required.
• Submit timely interview summaries and respond to Program inquiries.
• Contribute to a collegial, student-centered environment and perform other duties as assigned.
