Ensono seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee global financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes. You will partner with regional teams, drive accuracy and timeliness, and maintain strong financial controls in a hybrid model with weekly in-office presence expected.

Requires a CPA and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management, with strong US GAAP knowledge and confidence in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA required.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including people management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global monthly close and consolidation processes.
• Oversee financial reporting and variance analysis with regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and global policies.
• Support technical accounting initiatives and audits.
• Develop and mentor the financial reporting team.
