Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the company's global financial consolidation and reporting under US GAAP. You will lead the monthly close, coordinate with global accounting teams, and maintain strong internal controls in a matrixed, international environment.

This hybrid role requires a CPA with public accounting experience, 7+ years in accounting, and proven leadership. You’ll work from our Downers Grove HQ at least once a week and partner with finance leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA are required.
• Public accounting experience.
• 7 years progressive accounting experience, including people management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process.
• Drive improvements to close timeliness, accuracy, and predictability.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and revenue accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and US GAAP.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support external audits.
• Lead, coach, and develop the financial reporting and consolidation team.
