Job summary

YO HR Consultancy invites a highly skilled GitHub Contributor to join as a contractor (~15 hours per week) in a fully remote capacity. You will apply your deep software engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on high-quality code samples, debugging strategies, and performance optimizations across languages such as Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, and TypeScript.

You will create reproducible Reinforcement Learning Environments, document technical decisions, and review

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on coding with at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with large codebases and refactoring.
• Ability to document technical decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create RL environments and gold reference solutions.
• Contribute expert-level code samples and debugging strategies.
• Analyze and resolve defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Refactor legacy code for clarity and maintainability.
• Document reasoning and code decisions for AI training data.
• Review peer submissions for accuracy and clarity.
