Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a GIS / Real Property Project Manager to lead and coordinate major GIS and Real Property initiatives for Army installations. You will guide technical teams, ensure data quality, and deliver practical mapping solutions that meet operational needs.

The role requires strong Esri GIS expertise, DoD/Army policies knowledge, and proven project leadership to interface with senior stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• Strong GIS knowledge with Esri ArcGIS suite.
• Understanding of DoD/Army Real Property policies and SDSFIE.
• Experience supervising major GIS projects and coordinating teams.
• Ability to engage with clients and senior management.
• CAC eligibility to obtain a Department of the Army CAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for major GIS and Real Property project activities.
• Coordinate GIS tasks, staffing, and project execution to meet requirements.
• Develop and improve GIS data validation tools, workflows, and web maps.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between GIS records and Army Real Property info.
• Evaluate data quality, mapping processes, and geospatial system requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts, Real Property specialists, testers, and trainers.
• Engage with Government stakeholders and senior management to discuss needs and progress.
• Support documentation and repeatable workflows for Army installation personnel.
