Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking an experienced SME Computer User Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for GIS applications, business systems, and related technology in a remote setting. You will serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting complex user issues and coordinating technical activities across project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/GIS/IS, with hands-on GIS experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, or a related field.
Significant experience providing technical or application support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting GIS or other enterprise applications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications and related systems.
Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues.
Provide technical guidance to users and project teams.
Coordinate technical activities to meet project requirements.
Assist with software upgrades, system changes, and implementations.
Develop user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation.
Work with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
Mentor other support personnel as needed.
