Job summary

Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc in Towson, MD is seeking a GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst to build and maintain cutting-edge GIS solutions at the intersection of geospatial tech and systems development.

You will develop GIS applications in an Enterprise GIS environment, review code, document processes, and contribute to database development while collaborating with a team that values strong communication and problem solving, with flexible work-from-home options available.

Qualifications

• Five years of development and modification experience using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python.
• Three years with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including triggers and stored procedures.
• Reports development experience using SSRS and Power BI.
• Relational databases experience (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with five years in systems analysis or related fields.
• Recent engagement with a government entity.
