Job summary

Cobec, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level GIS Developer to support aviation-related geospatial solutions using ESRI ArcGIS tools.

The role will involve building and configuring ArcGIS Online applications (Experience Builder, Dashboards, Field Maps), and creating automated data workflows for multiple data sources. The candidate will design geospatial data models, perform advanced geoprocessing, and present results via web maps and interactive dashboards.

Qualifications

4–6 years of GIS, web development, or analytical work.
Experience with FAA or aviation domain is desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure ArcGIS Online apps including Experience Builder and Dashboards.
Build automated data processing workflows and ETL pipelines.
Design ArcGIS Survey123 forms for field data collection and integrate results.
Develop web mapping solutions using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
Design relational DB structures (PostgreSQL/PostGIS) for spatial data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables.
