SpeakIt is seeking a German-speaking Travel Representative to join a leading tourism platform. You will handle calls, emails and social media inquiries for world-class accommodation partners and guests.

The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with excellent English, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. EU passport is required; remote work is available across Greece.

Qualifications

• Native German (oral and written) proficiency is required.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• EU passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests.
• Provide quality service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Develop and recommend changes to procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency of the Customer Service department.
• Be the first point of contact for accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries.
• Report technical issues, customers' complaints and other problems.
