Job summary

Kinguin is seeking a marketing specialist to own and optimize direct campaigns for the German market. You will manage email, web push, and popup channels, leveraging data insights to boost engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate across marketing teams, conduct competitive analyses, and implement AI-driven improvements to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining a data-driven approach and strong KPI focus.

Qualifications

• Native-level German required.
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, or similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns for the German market (email, web push, popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data for product-based campaigns (rec. engine).
• Drive email and web push subscriber growth to boost channel potential.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and speed time-to-market.
