Muzz seeks a full-time Event & Brand Marketing Specialist to drive brand presence and organic user acquisition in the German market. The role is fully remote within Germany and requires fluency in German and English.

You will own brand and event marketing, creating local campaigns, managing budgets and partnerships, and delivering engaging community events that resonate with local culture. The position emphasizes collaboration with creative, performance marketing, and product teams to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in brand marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, community marketing or communications.
• End-to-end planning and execution of events and brand activations.
• Strong project management across budgets, timelines, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience creating event marketing strategies that drive engagement and registrations.
• Creative thinking informed by cultural and social insights.
• Proven ability to negotiate with external partners, agencies and vendors.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and optimising marketing effectiveness.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and localize integrated brand campaigns for the German market.
• Oversee influencer and brand partnerships in Germany.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Creative and Product Marketing teams.
• Plan and manage local go-to-market campaigns for new features.
• Conceive and run local community events from concept to evaluation.
• Manage event logistics, vendors and budgets.
• Analyse event performance and impact.
