Qualifications

• German native or fluent (C1/C2)
• English proficiency at least B2 (intermediate)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece; eligible to work from home

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Give accurate, complete information following the correct procedures
• Own customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response
• Build meaningful relationships with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Meet and exceed customer service quality, compliance, and productivity targets
• Create exceptional customer experience that is valued by customers
• Follow management directions and provide feedback
