Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual therapy practice seeking licensed clinicians to provide psychotherapy to older adults from home. We cover caseloads, handle administrative tasks, and support you with a clinical community.

We offer part-time or full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, with a dedicated clinical lead and real-time admin support. No evenings required.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.
