Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Proven track record leading large contact center migrations.
• Strong knowledge of routing, IVR, and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create BRDs covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review and develop scalable, reliable solution architecture.
• Assess technologies to meet business requirements.
• Plan integration strategies across systems for data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support.
• Provide architectural insights to development teams and clients.
• Identify risks, monitor performance, and optimize initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs with architectural insights.
