Weber Gallagher seeks an experienced paralegal in general litigation defense. The role offers remote work from any location with preference for PA/NJ residents, supporting attorneys from case inception through trial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in defense litigation support.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with attorneys, staff, clients.
• Experience with legal research; Lexis a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with reviewing medical records and chronologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage client cases from inception through trial and closing.
• Daily time entry billing.
• Review, analyze and summarize documents, including medical records.
• Trial preparation – binders, exhibits and witness files.
• Manage court docket calendar.
• Create status reports and provide updates to appropriate parties.
• Meet court deadlines and handle cases from start to finish.
• Additional duties as assigned.
