Qualifications

• J.D. required and admission to California State Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of general civil litigation experience.
• Experience with catastrophic injury matters preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to extensive written discovery.
• Evaluate and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
