Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Liability Claims Examiner to adjudicate complex General Liability claims for public entities. You will operate within an energetic culture and leverage a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-end Public Entity General Liability cases with serious injuries, complex coverage scenarios and legal inquiries or disputes; seek legal opinions and early resolution.
• Gather documents and coordinate with client designees and local counsel; monitor local counsel performance.
• Respond to plaintiff's counsel, unions, employees, or client requests.
• Establish/adjust accrued liability and approve administrative expenses.
