Job summary

Runware is seeking a Creative Engineer / AI Creative Technologist to explore the generative media ecosystem and translate findings into compelling model examples, workflows, and content. The role blends hands-on experimentation with image and video models, workflow automation, and technical storytelling for developers and creators.

You’ll partner with Growth, Product, and Engineering to surface use cases, support launches, and share insights from model experimentation and the wider generative AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in generative media, creative technology, or related field.
• Advanced experience with ComfyUI or similar workflow tooling, building repeatable pipelines.
• Coding and API experience, including custom integrations or tools.
• Strong knowledge of generative media models (image/video) such as Flux, Stable Diffusion, Wan, LTX, Hunyuan, Kling, or similar.
• A strong creative eye with a portfolio of high‑quality generative AI work.
• Strong technical communication skills for clear, engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Experiment hands-on with new generative image and video models to understand capabilities and limitations.
• Build and refine advanced generative-media workflows combining models, prompting, conditioning, and automation.
• Create standout model examples, workflows, demos, and visuals that show what can be built with Runware.
• Turn technical experimentation into engaging content for model launches, social media, guides, and workflows.
• Develop repeatable and automated generation workflows for high-quality output at scale.
• Stay close to new model releases and emerging techniques, testing and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to surface use cases and share insights from experimentation.
