Job summary

Go Digital Technology Consulting seeks a Lead GenAI Engineer AWS to own the architecture and deployment of Generative AI systems entirely on AWS. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding a talented team, making strategic calls, and building the most complex parts of our GenAI platform.

You will drive end-to-end GenAI strategy, scale solutions with Bedrock and SageMaker JumpStart, and ensure security, cost control, and observability in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in software engineering, ML, or data science.
• 2+ years in a lead or architectural role.
• 2+ years actively shipping Generative AI products into production.
• Extensive hands-on AWS experience with Bedrock and SageMaker.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end GenAI system development on AWS.
• Build and scale GenAI solutions using Bedrock and SageMaker JumpStart.
• Drive technical direction for RAG architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists through design and code reviews.
• Own FinOps for GenAI workloads, including token economics and throughput.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance with AWS best practices.
