Job summary

UST is seeking a Lead AI Developer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications on AWS, leveraging Bedrock and cloud-native architectures for scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The role focuses on building intelligent agents, multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, memory management, and integration with enterprise data sources. Remote-US location with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ industrial experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
• Strong AWS cloud development expertise with LangGraph, LangChain, Python, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, and RAG patterns with enterprise data sources and APIs.
• Develop, test, and optimize LLM-powered applications, including prompts, context management, orchestration, memory frameworks, and agent-tool interactions.
• Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions following best practices and enterprise governance.
