Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr. AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to drive GenAI/ML initiatives across US customers from Boston, MA.

You will design and deliver solution architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker AI, and agentic AI tools, collaborating with field sales and engineering teams to accelerate adoption. In this role you will share best practices, author reference architectures, lead workshops, and help customers navigate tradeoffs between models, data pipelines, and compliant AI

Qualifications

• Must have deep technical experience with generative AI, ML, and/or DL.
• Hands-on experience building apps on foundation models (RAG, agents).
• Strong math/ stats background; solution architecture and production ML exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions leveraging AWS GenAI/ML services (Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker AI, Nova models).
• Collaborate with field SAs, Sales, and service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in Americas.
• Evangelize GenAI/ML, share best practices via blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and events.
• Serve as technical liaison to provide customer feedback and feature requests.
• Develop internal GenAI expert community to position opportunities.
