EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an ML and AI Projects Delivery leader with deep Google Cloud Generative AI expertise, focused on Gemini Enterprise.

You will drive architecture visions, oversee ADK deployments, and partner with client executives on enterprise AI platforms while leading pre-sales and large-scale GenAI programs. The role emphasizes delivering production-grade GenAI solutions, guiding governance, success metrics, and cross-functional teams to win new ML/AI engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT with senior delivery leadership
• Proven Technical Consultant background in pre-sales and delivery
• Active Gemini Enterprise Deployment Certification required
• Hands-on ADK deployment experience for GenAI production environments
• SME in ML/AI and Generative AI with enterprise track record
• Deep GCP expertise supporting LLMs on networks, storage, and compute
• Client-facing advisory experience with C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI integration discussions on privacy and security
• End-to-end engagement lifecycles from design to MVP to delivery

Responsibilities

• Build architecture visions and Gemini Enterprise–centered roadmaps
• Lead pre-sales engagements and end-to-end project delivery
• Oversee ADK deployments for production-grade environments
• Partner with clients on enterprise AI platform builds and GenAI transformations
• Drive pre-sales activities, client demos, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses
• Establish governance, metrics, and manage complex GenAI delivery programs
• Dr ive business development opportunities and RFPs to win new ML/AI work
• Design and facilitate technical workshops for cloud architecture requirements
• Collaborate with architecture team on end-to-end Generative AI solutions
