EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a technology-first ML/AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ML and AI programs, drive business development and pre-sales, and partner with EPAM teams to align strategy with execution.

The role requires deep ML/AI expertise, strong GCP experience, and a track record of managing large-scale data initiatives, architecture vision, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Delivery Manager or Solution/Systems/Enterprise Architect.
• Experience as a Technical Consultant with pre-sales and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven SME in ML/AI with large-scale projects.
• Active hands-on GCP experience with architectural expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end delivery of ML and AI projects, ensuring quality, timely execution.
• Manage complex data delivery programs with governance and discovery phases.
• Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives leveraging GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
• Build architecture visions, diagrams, and roadmaps aligned to business direction.
• Partner with customers and product management to define architecture requirements.
• Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and align strategy.
• Lead the architecture team to deliver optimal, cost-effective solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities and client demos, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses focused on GenAI strategy.
• Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
