Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking an ML and AI Projects Delivery leader specializing in Google Cloud's Generative AI ecosystem, with a focus on Gemini Enterprise. This role combines deep LLM expertise with proven program and delivery management to lead our most advanced AI engagements.
You will drive pre-sales, RFP responses, architectural oversight for enterprise-scale Gemini deployments, and partner with client executives to design scalable GenAI platforms while ensuring secure, production‑grade
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in project/program management or architecture
- Proven Technical Consultant with pre-sales and delivery track record
- Active Gemini Enterprise Deployment Certification required
- Hands-on ADK deployment experience
- Recognized SME in ML, AI, and Generative AI
- Deep GCP expertise to support LLM infrastructure
- Client-facing consultative background with C-level engagement
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI delivery and GenAI integration
Responsibilities
- Build architecture visions and roadmaps around Gemini Enterprise and GCP AI
- Lead pre-sales engagements and end-to-end project delivery
- Oversee ADK deployments for production-grade environments
- Partner with client executives on enterprise AI platform builds
- Drive pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and GenAI strategy proposals
- Establish governance and success metrics for GenAI delivery programs
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in ML/AI
- Facilitate technical workshops to define enterprise cloud architecture
- Deliver end-to-end, cost-effective Generative AI solutions
