Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an ML and AI Projects Delivery leader for New York City, with remote work eligibility. You will shape Gemini Enterprise deployments, lead high‑impact AI programs, and manage pre‑sales and architecture oversight for enterprise GenAI solutions.

The role requires deep GCP expertise, hands‑on ADK experience, and proven delivery of complex GenAI programs with executive engagement. You will drive strategic client conversations and ensure enterprise‑grade security and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in delivery/PM or architecture roles.
• Active Gemini Enterprise Deployment Certification required.
• Hands-on ADK deployment experience, production-grade GenAI.
• SME in ML/AI with proven GenAI project delivery.
• Deep GCP expertise to support LLMs and integrations.
• Client-facing consultative background for C-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build architecture visions and roadmaps around Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and end-to-end project delivery.
• Oversee ADK deployments and production readiness.
• Partner with client executives on AI platform builds.
• Drive pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and GenAI strategy.
• Establish governance, metrics, and program success criteria.
• Identify opportunities and drive RFPs to win new business.
• Host workshops to define enterprise cloud architecture needs.
• Deliver end-to-end, cost-effective Generative AI solutions.
