Job summary

Seneca Holdings, through its CI Azumano Travel unit, is seeking a GDS System Trainer to develop and deliver end-to-end GDS training for our travel management teams. The role focuses on Worldspan, Travelport+, Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus platforms, with emphasis on outcomes and KPI alignment.

The position is remote with occasional travel to training sites. A background in travel industry training and LMS familiarity is required to ensure high-quality learning experiences for staff and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in training and development within the travel industry.
• Proficient in using and teaching various GDS systems, such as Worldspan, Travelport+, Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical users across different levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end process training for team members, focusing on GDS platforms and TMC processes.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and presentations for GDS systems (Worldspan and Travelport+).
• Ensure training aligns with KPIs and deliverables for effective learning and development.
• Monitor, assess, and report on training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
