Seneca Holdings seeks a GDS System Trainer for on-site support at our Virginia Beach office. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in travel training, strong communication and LMS skills, and proficiency with Worldspan, Travelport+, Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of training and development experience in travel
• Experience delivering end-to-end process training
• Proficient in multiple GDS systems (Worldspan, Travelport+, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills across levels
• Knowledge of training KPIs and analytics
• Experience with LMS and e-learning
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end process training focusing on GDS platforms and TMC processes
• Develop training materials and presentations for GDS systems
• Ensure training aligns with KPIs and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve throughput
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Lead live and virtual training sessions and e-learning modules
• Identify training needs from performance metrics and provide solutions
• Stay updated on GDS trends and best practices
• Create engaging training content and presentations
• Provide coaching and support to learners
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure quality of programs
• Serve as backup consultant for other accounts/clients
