Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years trading experience
• Strong understanding of North American gas markets
• Knowledge of hedging and trading techniques for the region
• Understanding of financial and physical products for trading strategies
• Understanding of risk measurement techniques such as VaR

Responsibilities

• Analyzes markets in the assigned region and develops trading strategies
• Delivers positive financial results from the use of the company’s capital
• Manages capital allocation for positions and develops optimal trade execution strategies while managing the associated risks
• Routinely trades NG futures, options, and swaps on exchanges and related OTC markets
• Provides periodic presentations to management regarding strategy, financial performance, and market dynamics
• Considers potential trades over several time horizons and the interrelations of market factors
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
