Job summary

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years experience in gas pressure and flow control equipment, gas distribution equipment and/or gas torches used in cutting and fabrication.
- Associate degree in technical field is required.
- Experience reading electrical or mechanical schematics.
- Working knowledge of ERP related to inventory, production and customer service.
- MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and sales support via calls, quotes, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare sales quotations and communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems for order entry and RMA processing.
- Deliver product-related training to internal and external audiences.
- Evaluate component alternatives and new product plans.
