Job summary

Makeshift Partners is a remote-first strategic advisory that connects brands with native creators in the UGC gaming space. We seek a Senior Producer/PM to drive activation projects from inception through live-ops, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for UGC studios.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and GTA teams, ensure quality and brand safety, and develop reporting that demonstrates activation performance to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, project management, or account management, ideally in gaming or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of at least one major UGC platform (Roblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, or Minecraft).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders, timelines, and scopes.
• Self-directed. You need to take ownership, flag problems early, and drive things forward without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Run projects end-to-end. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent brand activations on Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and GTA.
• Wrangle developers. Coordinate with external UGC studios to keep work on track and communicate with native-platform developers.
• Own reporting and analytics. Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and surface insights for clients.
• Protect quality and brand safety. Review builds to ensure brand and IP guidelines are met.
• Support deal flow. Build pitch materials and participate in scoping new projects.
